You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. SurgaWin will never will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
SurgaWin requires identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.
SurgaWin accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including bank transfer, DuitNow, FPX, and supported digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Member strictly prohibited using a payment method not registered in their own name. Deposits found to originate from a source not in the member's name will be declined and returned to the original source.

SurgaWin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request deemed unusual. These checks are intended to protect members from fraudulent activity and may require up to an additional 48 hours.

All game results are final. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, SurgaWin's system records will serve as the definitive reference.
SurgaWin is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or device issues on the member's end. Should a technical disruption occur on SurgaWin's systems during an active game session, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy.
SurgaWin members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

SurgaWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, terms violations, KYC failure, unusual activity, or at the request of a relevant authority.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Eligible funds will be returned once all required checks are completed. The refund process may take up to 7 business days.
As part of SurgaWin's commitment to responsible gaming, members may request to activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.
The SurgaWin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. SurgaWin does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be error-free at all times.

SurgaWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before before changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or security reasons.
Continued use of the SurgaWin platform after the effective date of any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
